Background: From numerous small holders working on generally sandy and loamy soil, this coffee is produced by the Kindeng Mill in the Jikawa province of Papua New Guinea. The natural process (in which coffee cherries are dried and turned on beds before being hulled) contributes to the fruity flavor profile of this cup. We know it might sound weird, but “tutti frutti” and “pink grapefruit” really do work as the flavor notes here!
