Background: This Ethiopian coffee originates from the renowned Yirgacheffe region. Processed at the Halo Beriti washing station, which handles and creates day lots from coffees delivered there by many small-holders, this lot went through a rigorous hand selection procedure to ensure the quality of the coffee.
