Background: This coffee hails from Bombe in the Sidama region of Ethiopia where smallholders bring their coffee cherries to the Ayla Washing Station for processing. Ideal rainfall and elevation support well developed beans. For this natural process coffee the organic beans are soaked before being dried on raised beds.
